Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your order (+ shipping times). Parcels are shipped through Sendle couriers within Australia with full tracking details available.
International parcels are also sent with Sendle couriers, with tracking available. The normal turnaround delivery timeframe for international orders is approximately 2-4 weeks, depending on your location. Please note Sendle may take a few days to update tracking information for international orders.
Pea & Birdie are not responsible for any goods sent to an incorrect address; please ensure your delivery address is correct when you checkout in store. If applicable, international customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We take great pride in our items and thoroughly inspect each order before it is shipped. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or have received a faulty item, you can send it back to us within a month of your order being received as long as it is unused and tags are still attached.
